At Supra, we stand behind our products and want customers to have a positive experience. Due to product safety regulations with dietary supplements, we can only accept returns under the conditions outlined below.

1. Return Eligibility

Approval is required before a return is sent back.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, email us at suprasupplementstx@gmail.com

Include:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos if the product arrived damaged

Return shipping instructions (including RMA approval) will be provided after review.

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the product and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

4. Refund Method

Once a qualified return is approved and received:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing
  • Shipping fees and taxes (where applicable) may be non-refundable

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges. Customers may return eligible items and place a new order.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or consumed products
  • Free samples or promotional items
  • Final sale or clearance products

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless:

  • We shipped the wrong product, or
  • The product arrived damaged

8. Chargebacks & Fraud

Improper use of chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in:

  • Rejection of return/refund
  • Account suspension
  • Legal remedies where appropriate
