Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome to the Supra Affiliate Program! These Affiliate Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to individuals who apply to or participate in the Supra Affiliate Program (the “Program”) as an affiliate (“you” or “Affiliate”) to refer customers to Supra (“we,” “us,” or “Merchant”). The Program is operated through UpPromote, a third-party affiliate marketing platform.

By registering for or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms, in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you are not authorized to register as an Affiliate or participate in the Program in any manner.

1. Eligibility and Approval

You must be at least 18 years old to participate. We reserve the right to approve or reject any Affiliate Program registration in our sole and absolute discretion, and you will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your registration. We may also revoke an approval at any time.

2. Affiliate Links and Coupon Codes

An affiliate link is generated automatically for you, and you can also generate a link for a specific product or collection. If a person clicks on another affiliate’s referral link and later clicks on yours, yours is the one that counts.

You may or may not be assigned a branded coupon code. Details and usage rules for any assigned code are shown in your Affiliate Dashboard. If a customer both clicks your affiliate link and uses your coupon code, you will not receive a double commission. If you have not been assigned a branded coupon code, you may not promote any coupon code.

You may promote Supra on your own website, social media channels, email, and other online channels, subject to these Terms.

3. Commissions and Payment

When you refer a customer who completes a purchase on our website, you earn a commission. The commission structure is the same for all affiliates and is shown in your Affiliate Dashboard. Commissions are calculated on order value and do not include taxes, shipping costs, or other extra fees.

To receive a commission, you must provide your payment details in the Settings section of your Affiliate Dashboard. The payment schedule and any minimum payout requirements are published on the Affiliate Guide page.

Commissions are paid only for transactions that are successfully completed. Orders that are refunded, returned, canceled, or charged back will not be paid out. Orders you place yourself, or that are placed on your behalf, are not eligible for commission. Use of the Program is subject to a fair use policy that gives us the right to review every referral order and to withhold commission on any order we reasonably believe is fraudulent or violates these Terms.

The status of each commission is displayed in the Commission tab of your Affiliate Dashboard, and paid commissions are listed in the Payment tab.

4. Marketing Materials

We may share promotional materials such as banners, logos, or collection-specific promotions through the Marketing tool tab. You may download this media or use the HTML embed code to share it on your affiliate channels. Marketing materials must be used as provided and may not be altered in a way that misrepresents Supra or our products. We may withdraw any materials at any time.

5. Required Disclosures

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your relationship with Supra whenever you promote our products, in accordance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides and the rules of the platforms you use. For example, include a statement such as “#ad” or “I earn a commission from purchases made through my link” near the link or code, where viewers will notice it.

6. Product Claims

Supra products are dietary supplements. When promoting our products, you must not:

State or imply that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any disease or medical condition
Make medical claims, or promise or guarantee specific results
Make any claim about our products that does not appear on our website or in our approved materials
Post fabricated testimonials or reviews, or present a result as typical when it is not

Individual results vary, and our products are intended only for healthy adults 18 years of age or older.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Send spam, including unsolicited bulk email, text messages, or direct messages
Bid on Supra brand names, product names, trademarks, or misspellings of them as keywords in paid search advertising
Register domains, social media handles, or accounts that use or imitate the Supra name or brand, or otherwise impersonate Supra
Use misleading, deceptive, or false advertising
Promote Supra on websites or channels containing unlawful, hateful, or adult content
Use cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or any other method that artificially generates referrals
Post or distribute coupon codes that have not been assigned to you
Target or market to anyone under 18 years of age

Violations may result in forfeiture of unpaid commissions and removal from the Program.

8. Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to track people who click on your link. If a person blocks or clears cookies, or their browser does not allow tracking, we cannot track their activity and cannot pay commission on it. Our tracking records are the basis for determining commission eligibility.

9. Independent Relationship and Taxes

You participate in the Program as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms creates an employment, partnership, agency, or joint venture relationship between you and Supra. You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions you earn, and we may request tax documentation as required by law.

10. Term and Removal from the Program

You may leave the Program at any time by contacting suprasupplementstx@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, you must stop using your affiliate links, codes, and marketing materials. Commissions on valid, completed orders made before termination will be paid under Section 3, unless your account was terminated for fraud or a violation of these Terms.

11. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Supra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or interruptions to the Program or the affiliate platform. We make no guarantee of any level of earnings. You agree to indemnify and hold Supra harmless from claims arising from your content, your promotion of our products, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Privacy

We and our affiliate platform provider collect and use information about affiliates and referred orders to operate the Program, as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms, or change the Program (including its commission structure and payment terms), at any time by posting updates on this page or in your Affiliate Dashboard. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts of law principles.
